Could AP Real Estate Exist Without Me?

Believe it or not, AP Real Estate Investing is not my only job... shocking I know. You would think with all the time I spend betting on college sports and competing against my business partner in meaningless wagers I would have no time leftover for a real job. But somehow I do. Occasionally, this "other job" requires me to travel to foreign, exotic locations (not a big deal). Last week it was Brazil.

The only problem with me traveling is the impact it has on AP Real Estate. It seems as though every time the "A" of AP leaves the picture, things seem to slow down. The content does not flow at its usual pace, and the AP Army becomes concerned.

"But Andrew, isn't Brendan in charge of content?"

The answer is yes, but the reality is that he cannot do it all himself. And let's be clear... I'm not trying to take anything away from Brendan. That's not the kind of guy I am. He is great at performing his content duties, but this becomes increasingly difficult when the better half of AP Real Estate is out of the picture. So rather than place the blame on him, I accept full responsibility.

But it does beg the question, "Could AP Real Estate exist without me?" I think the answer is clear...
