Our office is open Monday - Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
We currently take appointments Monday - Friday. Due to changing daylight hours throughout the year, below is our approximate operating hours for appointments:
March - October: 10:00 am - 6:00 pm
November - February: 10:00 am - 4:30 pm
Twilight appointment times vary
We understand weather issues pop up regularly in Michigan. If weather affects your exteriors or drone photos/video, we’ll coordinate with you to reschedule those portions. If you would rather move your appointment to a completely new day, our office can help you reschedule with no same-day reschedule fees.
*Please note - we cannot fly the drone in any snow or rain.
Since our office is closed on Saturdays & Sundays, you will not be able to call to reschedule or cancel an appointment. We ask that you log-on to your client dashboard and update your appointment online. If you prefer to call or text, your request will be responded to Monday morning.
You will not be charged a cancellation fee or reschedule fee if you put in the request over the weekend for a Monday appointment.
We now offer “Pay at Close” with Titus during the checkout process. Now, you can invest in marketing your listings without paying out of
pocket until the home sells and you receive your commission check. Repay once the listing sells or after the 6 month period. For more information, please visit the “Resources” tab on our website. Pay at Close application takes two minutes and has no impact to your credit score
